Jake Pascoe scooped two major awards at the Wollen Michelmore-sponsored South Devon Youth Cricket League awards night, whilst the u13 players also picked up their runners up medals.

Pascoe went home with the batsman of the year (over 600 runs in all formats) for the age group, as well as receiving the prestigious 'player of the year'.

Colts Administrator Lloyd White reflected on the side's success; "We are all absolutely delighted to see these young Ashburton colts receive their awards for their efforts during the summer. Colts cricket at Ashburton is growing year on year and this has been reflected by having many of these young lads being good enough to turn out for the senior Saturday sides. The clubs thanks go out to Chris Pascoe and Steve Harvey for organising the sides, Graham and Jean Pascoe for officiating and to all those parents who chip in with assisting and organising transport. The club is grateful for your efforts."
